Great hotel, excellent location. Rooms are very clean service was friendly. I took away one star because my TV wasn't working, They did offer to switch me to another room but I didn't feel like packing everything up to move rooms as I was already settled in. But would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast buffet was great as well!
This Hotel is SUPER Nice, not only does it offer a Great breakfast , but the STAFF IS THE BEST! Ashley, Kris and John have treated me with the utmost professionalism and kindness! The rooms are modern and always very clean !! I’ve never had any issues and continue to rebook with them! All around great place in EVERY area one looks for when traveling!
Overall it was a great place to stay and would come back and recommend it. Giving the 4 stars because there was a big dog next to us that was barking non stop. We let front desk know and they were so very nice about it and got it taken care of... then a few hours later it started up again, they did offer to change us rooms but at that point we only had one more night. The only other thing I would say is the rooms need microwaves, they have one downstairs you can use but for convenience I like them in the room. Other than that staff was amazing, rooms were super clean and that ac unit was the best we've had in a hotel room. The location is perfect so much close by that you could even walk to... if it wasn't l05 out.
This place is so much nicer than another hotel nearby with higher reviews. It’s new and clean, roomy and rooms are well appointed.
I will certainly consider booking at this location in the future, and this company will be among my initial choices. This was my first experience with this hotel, and everything proceeded seamlessly. They provide bilingual customer service, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The room was very clean and well-equipped for a comfortable stay, with the exception of a microwave in the room. However, one is available in the dining area. They also offer breakfast, a pool, and a gym, which I highly recommend.
Stayed here for a couple days due to work. First off the breakfast was pretty good! The receptionist at the front desk where very friendly and and welcoming! The room I had was clean furniture was comfy!. The restroom clean and nicely organized. Walls are very thin tho. You able to hear people in hallways that are just walking by and you can here other conversation just by walking through the hallway. Other than that its pretty cool. Love it!.
Conveniently located near two major malls, shopping and tons of restaurants. The staff was super nice, the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was delicious. Can't say one thing negative at all! I would have easily paid double the room rate for as nice as everything was!
